How does employee leasing work?

BUCH MICH GmbH possesses the unlimited professional employee assignment permit and has been applying the collective bargaining agreements between "Deutscher Gewerkschaftsbund (DGB)" and the German employers' association "Interessenverband Deutscher Zeitarbeitsunternehmen e.V. (iGZ)".
As employers, we pay 50 % of all social security contributions (health, unemployment, accident and compulsory long term care insurance).

Our employees are entitled to:

  • Continued remuneration in case of illness
  • Continued remuneration during vacation and on bank holidays
  • Continued remuneration in times without work
  • Holiday pay and Christmas bonuses

Furthermore, all Labor Law Regulations are applied: protection against dismissal, maternity leave as well as the Working Time, Labor Protection and the German Federal Leave Act etc.
